Research and development of low-NOx and ultra-low-NOx burners, covering the full test lifecycle: planning of testing activities, risk analysis and HAZOP studies, and combustion testing in line with safety procedures and functional specifications.
- Managed burners and furnaces and conducted combustion tests with various fuels, including steam dilution and CO₂ injection, proposing burner optimisations.
- Calibrated gas analysers and performed exhaust-gas analysis to evaluate emissions and combustion efficiency.
- Prepared combustion sheets, operating and validation procedures, process calculations, test reports, and concept notes.
- Supervised and coordinated with suppliers and delivered basic safety-induction and combustion training.
